Introduction
CapableCargo.com is committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. We are pleased to offer a Lifetime Warranty on select products. This document outlines the terms and conditions of the Lifetime Warranty to ensure clarity and transparency for our customers.
Warranty Coverage
This Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for the lifetime of the product.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Lifetime Warranty, the product must be purchased directly from CapableCargo.com. Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty.
Covered Products
- All truck and van equipment, such as truck boxes, ladder racks, salt spreaders, plows, etc.
Products Not Covered
-Accessories, parts, bolts, and installation kits
Exclusions
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
1. Damage Due to Misuse: Damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents.
2. Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, dents, and fading, that does not affect the performance of the product.
3. Environmental Damage: Damage caused by environmental factors, including but not limited to fire, flood, wind, and lightning.
4. Commercial Use: Products used in commercial operations beyond what is considered normal for individual or small business use.
5. Unauthorized Repairs: Any repairs or modifications not performed or authorized by CapableCargo.com.
Warranty Claim Process
1. Notification: To make a warranty claim, contact CapableCargo.com Customer Service at adam@capablecargo.com or (833) 702-6800 within 30 days of discovering the defect.
2. Proof of Purchase: Provide proof of purchase, including the original receipt or order number.
3. Inspection: CapableCargo.com may require the product to be sent in for inspection. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to CapableCargo.com. If the product is found to be defective, CapableCargo.com will cover return shipping.
4. Resolution: If a defect is confirmed, CapableCargo.com will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product. If the product cannot be repaired and a suitable replacement is not available, CapableCargo.com will offer a refund or store credit for the original purchase price.
Limitations of Liability
CapableCargo.com’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Under no circumstances shall CapableCargo.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Warranty Transfer
This Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
Governing Law
This Lifetime Warranty is governed by the laws of the state in which the original purchase was made.
Amendments
CapableCargo.com reserves the right to modify this Lifetime Warranty at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will apply retroactively to products purchased prior to the date of modification.
